1. Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions for weekly or monthly milk collection can be canceled within **24 hours** of purchase.
- Prepaid ATM card purchases are non-refundable once activated.
- If you need to cancel your subscription, please contact our support team.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable in cases of service failure on our end (e.g., Milk ATM malfunctions preventing collection).
- No refunds are provided for partially used subscription plans.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue.
